HealthKit isn't connecting. What do I do?
Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Aevo. Make sure all categories are enabled. Then open Aevo and pull down to refresh.
My energy score seems wrong.
The score is based on data from Apple Health. If sleep or HRV data is missing, the score will be lower than expected. Make sure your Apple Watch or other device is syncing to Health.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Aevo → Cancel Subscription. This must be done through Apple, not the app.
The meal scan identified my food incorrectly.
You can edit the macros manually after scanning. For best results, make sure the plate is well-lit and the food is clearly visible in frame.
